Yes. Consultations and endoscopy are by appointment, Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp is the preferred way to contact the nurses as phone lines may be busy.

Assistance with claim documents for major Hong Kong insurers and selected overseas policies with Hong Kong coverage is available at no additional charge for the document assistance. If you plan to claim, bring your insurance card or membership/policy number if available, and any claim form. You can still attend without them. Please check coverage and reimbursement with your insurer.

Bedside ultrasound is available only at the Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) clinic.

Same-day OGD examination is available. Six hours of fasting is required beforehand.

Same-day endoscopy and blood tests are subject to insurance pre-approval limitations. Please confirm with the nurses before proceeding.

We offer GI Clean, Pico-Prep, and Linzess Modified preparation regimens. Patient safety is our utmost concern, and the regimen is selected based on the individual patient profile.

Please follow the individual bowel-preparation instructions given by the nurses rather than changing regimens yourself. If you are unsure about fasting or cannot complete the preparation, contact the nurses before your examination.

Please tell the nurses about medicines you take (especially blood thinners or diabetes medicines), medicine allergies, and relevant medical conditions. Do not stop or change prescribed medicines unless advised by your healthcare professional.

Video capsule endoscopy, manometry, Bravo pH, and ERCP are available but require additional time to arrange. Please notify the booking nurse.
